PRAYER - SURRENDER and RELEASE

When life presents difficult situations leaving you in a state of shock, bewilderment or confusion this could be a good prayer to surrender and release up to the Universe:

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace,

where there is hatred, let me sow love,

where there is injury, pardon,

where there is doubt, faith,

where there is despair, hope,

where there is darkness, light,

and where there is sadness, joy.

Oh Divine Master,

Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console,

to be loved, as to love,

for it is in giving that we receive,

it is pardoning that we pardoned,

and it is dying that we are born to eternal life.

Archangel Ariel and Angels of Peace,

I accept the gift of peace into my heart, body, mind and soul.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

At this time I would like to surrender and release (my entire life)* up to the Universe to do what is best for the highest good of all concerned.

And so it is!

*(can be changed to describe the life situation you want to surrender and release)
