TIA - U.S.A. ELECTION

The entire world is watching the USA today and for good reason; the election results stand to be far reaching around the globe. Everyone seems to be trying to wait in patience but the anxiety in the air is obvious. The emotions flooding the world today could be causing low frequencies.

As discussed in the "Turn It Around INTRODUCTION" the fact is, when humanity gets upset and/or stressed out we are actually creating low frequencies worldwide. Low vibrational energy leads to feelings of anxiety, depression, and physical illness.

Let's TURN IT AROUND!

It is my belief the best way to help humanity today is to consciously stop, take some deep breaths and intentionally center our physical body. Together we can change the anxiety to calm, and any fear to love.

When we think, talk or hear all the possibilities surrounding today's election, let's all try taking a deep breath, consciously go into our heart chakra and send unconditional love and peace to Mother Earth today!

Perhaps repeat a mantra similar to this (while pouring love out of our heart chakra):

I am sending love, peace and harmony to all of humanity today. And so it is!

We can also surrender and release the entire election up to the Universe to do what is best for the entire world. What IF we all recited this prayer to:

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace,

where there is hatred, let me sow love,

where there is injury, pardon,

where there is doubt, faith,

where there is despair, hope,

where there is darkness, light,

and where there is sadness, joy.

Oh Divine Master,

Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console,

to be loved, as to love,

for it is in giving that we receive,

it is pardoning that we pardoned,

and it is dying that we are born to eternal life.

Archangel Ariel and Angels of Peace,

I accept the gift of peace into my heart, body, mind and soul.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

Make me an instrument of thy peace.

At this time I would like to surrender and release the U.S.A. election up to the Universe to do what is best for the highest good of all concerned.

And so it is!

It is my belief, that we as a collective, can help take back this world through high frequencies and LOVE is the highest frequency!
