#07 ROAPMAP TO HEALTH…Detox Bath

Approximately 4 years ago I discovered the benefits of Borax. At first, it was hard to believe…how could Borax, a laundry soap, be of benefit to our body? Bathing in it was one thing, but actually ingesting it was another. The research before ingesting it was intense. It turns out this is just another way we are lied to from those in power.
My first step was to try to the detox bath with 1 cup each of the following:
Borax
Baking Soda (natural, NOT Arm & Hammer brand made in a lab)
Epsom Salts
Himalayan Salt
The first bath made me feel sick, obviously my body needed detoxing. After 10 to 15 minutes in the bath I got out and drank water to help flush the toxins. It is important to listen to your body when doing this bath.
However, because of the first results, obviously it was beneficial to bathe once a week. It did not take long before I spent one hour in this detox bath weekly with no side effects. In fact, it became a refreshing ritual. If at anytime I was not able to bathe weekly, it was substituted with a foot bath.
Shortly after gaining faith in the detox bath, I began ingesting a pinch of borax in water once a day. It did no harm, so I assume it was working its magic as the research indicated.
