# 30 - ROADMAP TO HEALTH - Homemade MAYONNAISE

Here is a recipe to make your very own Homemade Mayonnaise


Recipe for Mayonnaise containing natural, non-toxic ingredients:

  • 2 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 Large Egg

  • 1/2 TSP Celtic or Himalayan Salt (do not use Iodized)

  • 1/4 TSP Ground Mustard

  • 1/4 TSP White Pepper (Black pepper will do)

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Put all ingredients in a large, wide mouth jar

Using an immersion blender, mix all ingredients

When contents become fluffy white move blender up and down

Mayonnaise is ready when contents become thick

Refrigerate
