PRAYER - EMOTIONAL RELEASE for HEALING HEALTH ISSUE

It has been said that a great deal of our health issues are created through unprocessed emotions. In my younger years my method of dealing with such emotions was to push them deep within myself to ignore the sorrow and pain.
This worked for many, many years until my body, mind and soul simply could not cope any longer. This all manifested into an emotional/physical breakdown which forced me to book a visit with my family doctor. Not wanting to take any medicine for my ailments, he suggested counselling and that was the beginning of a whole new life, one that I just did not anticipate or plan.
This led me into a Spiritual Awakening. Most people think their spiritual awakening will lead them into a life of blissful peace, and this certainly is the end game. However, it can also be one of the darkest times of your life. Shadow work can be difficult, to go within, reach down deep and recognize how we all create our lives. What we think about, we bring about. One begins to take responsibility for all actions, for all experiences - good, bad or indifferent. More on this to follow in future blogs.
Here is a sample spiritual prayer that can be used to begin to heal yourself:
I lovingly forgive and release all of my past.
The past is forgiven and forgotten, I am free in this moment.
I lovingly protect myself with thoughts of joy and peace.
I choose to fill my world with joy.
I love and approve of myself.
I am at peace just where I am.
I accept my good, knowing all my needs and desires are fulfilled.
Miracles happen every day.
I go within to dissolve the (health issue you are wanting to heal),
and I now accept Divine healing.
And so it is!
Repeat this to yourself daily, multiple times per day. You can look at yourself in the mirror while saying it, or simply repeat, repeat, repeat throughout your day. At first this type of thing will seem like a lie, but persevere, you will begin to believe. When you believe, you will achieve!
Something worthy to note is, this type of prayer will most likely begin to change YOU. This is not a magic solution where you are divinely healed automatically. You will likely begin to take a path of choosing healthier alternatives in your life. For instance, eating healthier, drinking healthier, stop bad habits that are hurting your health, etc. The goal is to change your mindset, change your habits, and create a new life. It does not happen overnight, baby steps lead to steps, steps lead to strides and strides lead to your goal.
The question remains, what do you have to lose? If you have health issues, how are you going to change it? You can turn to the pharmaceutical industry to try to fix the problem with their medicine that offers unlimited side effects and request you take the meds on a daily basis OR you can take the long route to actually heal the issue.
The difference between the two is a "band-aid" solution or go deep to the core of issue and "fix" the problem forever. It takes time, work and dedication to really fix the problem and move onto the next. It's like peeling an onion, one layer at a time, it truly is a life-long journey.
The “onion effect” might be helpful for you to begin discovering the base issue.
Here is the process:
You have a health issue you want to work on healing
It is important to discover what could be causing this health issue
Example, you are always tired - blood work at your the request of your doctor has discovered you are in early stages of type 2 diabetic
When you get the answer to that, try to figure out "why" or "what" has created this in your life
Example, do your research...why am I on the verge of diabetes? Perhaps it is your unhealthy lifestyle.
Continue asking, why/what, until you get to the real reason your body is unhealthy
Example, it could be you are a smoker, a drinker, a junk food eater, a person that cannot handle stress, etc.
The answers could be simple, like quit smoking (not that it is an easy solution, but perhaps a necessary one)
You may have to change your lifestyle habits
You may have to learn to destress yourself
Once you have found the real issue (deep within) you can begin healing
Example, perhaps over the years you have adopted "coping mechanisms" to deal with whatever ails you
Figure out your coping mechanism and ask yourself if this has led you to your problems today, then begin to fix that
Example, people will unconsciously adopt eating or drinking disorders to help cope with their daily lives - this is one of the core issues that needs to be discovered, worked on and ultimately healed

Was there trauma in your life that needs to dealt with now?
What can you do to help yourself now?
