#22 ROADMAP TO HEALTH - Pomegranate for Parasites

Pomegranate is a superfood with a variety of health benefits. For many years, pomegranate has been used to treat or prevent intestinal parasites.


Personally, I love pomegranates! Eating healthy sometimes brings a craving for crunchy food, which pomegranate definitely provides. Eating this fruit daily may help expel parasites and reduce the severity of the symptoms associated with these pests.


As an added benefit, pomegranates are often categorized as a superfood. Their high concentration of ellagitannins, anthocyanins, and organic acids support health in the body.


Pomegranate are a rich source of:

  • Fiber

  • Folate (important during pregnancy)

  • Potassium

If you are looking for an over-all health benefit, including destruction of parasites, pomegranates seems to be a good choice!
