#23 ROADMAP TO HEALTH - Coconut for Parasites

Coconut oil contains Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA) which helps your body fight parasites, with the added benefit of cleansing the liver during the detoxification process. Removing parasites from your body heavily taxes your liver, but coconut oil has proven to strengthen the liver in the process.


Eating coconut meat to rid your body of parasites is a traditional practice in India. It is worthy to note that dried coconut is more effective (than fresh coconut) in removing tapeworms. In addition, eating foods made with coconut flour (a form of dried coconut) is a safe and easy way to treat tapeworm infestation.


In my research, it has not specified any dosage for dried coconut. Therefore, would assume it is beneficial to incorporate coconut (dried and natural meat) into your food intake at no specific intervals.


Always pay attention to your body's reaction and consult a health care professional.
