# 47 - ROADMAP TO HEALTH - Benefits of Lemon/Cucumber Water

I first discovered lemon/cucumber water at a day spa, it was so refreshing! Some prefer to drink only lemon water, but I personally prefer the added zest of cucumber. Let's look at the health benefits of lemon/cucumber infused water:

  • Hydrates your body

  • Boosts your immune system

  • Supports detoxing your body

  • Good for your digestion

  • Promotes your skin health

  • Boosts brain function

  • Can help prevent cancer

  • Supports oral health

  • Reduces inflammation

  • Helps heal muscles

  • Helps detox your liver

  • Freshens breath

  • Helps quality of sleep


How to make lemon/cucumber water:

  • Using good quality lemon and cucumber

  • Wash lemon and cucumber thoroughly

  • Cut into slim slices

  • Remove seeds of lemons

  • Put into container

  • Add water (living in country we have fresh spring water from the tap)


Infuse for at least 30 minutes before drinking. The longer, the better and keep in the frig for a refreshing drink all day long!
