TEA - Green

Green tea is made from “Camellia Sinensis” leaves when they go through minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea provides many health and beauty benefits as they are loaded with essential nutrients, antioxidants, flavonoids, and phytonutrients, etc.

What’s so good about green tea?

  • Helps strengthen immune system

  • Excellent detoxifier that helps remove toxins

  • Improves digestive health

  • Helps prevent arthritis

  • Promotes healthy skin

How to brew green tea:

  • add green tea to a tea pot

  • boil distilled water and pour into the teapot

  • simmer the tea for as long as you want (the longer, the stronger)
