TEA - Red Raspberry Leaf

Raspberry leaf tea, also known as Rubus idaeus, is made from the dried leaves of a red raspberry plant.  This tea is commonly used in folk medicine.

 

What’s so good about raspberry leaf tea?

  • Rich in antioxidants

  • Contains a small amount of magnesium, calcium and potassium

  • Can help relieve common symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

  • May aid in labour (take only in advice of medical professional)


How to brew red raspberry leaf tea:

  • Steep tea leaves in hot water for 15 – 20 minutes
