Raspberry leaf tea, also known as Rubus idaeus, is made from the dried leaves of a red raspberry plant. This tea is commonly used in folk medicine.
What’s so good about raspberry leaf tea?
Rich in antioxidants
Contains a small amount of magnesium, calcium and potassium
Can help relieve common symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

How to brew red raspberry leaf tea:
Steep tea leaves in hot water for 15 – 20 minutes
