TEA - Restore Liver

This tea blend can help support your liver health and overall wellness.

How to brew the tea:

  • 2 tablespoons of dandelion root (fresh is best, but can use dried)

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh milk thistle (fresh is best, but can use dried)

  • Brew in 4 cups of distilled water

    • Bring to a boil

    • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes

  • Remove pot from the heat

    • Put a lid on the pot

    • Let the tea steep for another 10 to 15 minutes

  • Drink 1 to 2 cups daily

    • Can add natural sweetener if desired (eg. unpasteurized honey)

    • Can add fresh squeezed lemon if desired
