TEA - Stinging Nettle

Stinging nettle, or Urtica dioica, is a perennial flowering plant that grows in North America, Europe, and Asia. It is a common plant that people can eat. People also use it in herbal and traditional folk medicine.
What’s so good about stinging nettle tea?
Helps with bacterial infections (eg. UTI)
Helps with inflammation and joint pain
Might reduce allergies
Helps with muscle spasms
Helps regulate blood sugar
How to brew stinging nettle tea:
add nettle leaves to a tea pot
boil distilled water and pour into the teapot
simmer the tea for as long as you want (the longer, the stronger)
IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING DO NOT DRINK THIS TEA!
Children under the age of 12 should not consume this tea!
